we found a hidden walkway behind the staircase in the basement.

I’ve had an action packed day you guys! Sometimes I hesitate to post things like this because it’s just so unreal and unbelievable but we found a hidden walkway behind the staircase in the basement. We knocked down two adjacent walls and there it was!!!! Its a small 10-12ft narrow space with the original Wood floors and chipped lead paint on the walls. Apparently someone closed it up and we don’t know why! It leads from one room to the next! I wonder why they closed it up? This is just so unbelievable!
